A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems. The provider’s own privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
If you email us or send a contact message, we retain the message and contact details as needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless the law requires it.
